Professional-Grade Silicone for Tile Sealing and Finishing

The Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer Flexible Silicone 310ml is a high-performance, professional-grade sealant designed for use with ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. Perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, wet rooms and exterior tile installations, it delivers a long-lasting, watertight seal with superior flexibility and adhesion.

Formulated to complement modern tile installations, this silicone sealant provides a clean, durable finish that accommodates natural movement between surfaces. Whether used for sealing joints, corners or tile edges, the Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer ensures a smooth, professional appearance that enhances the longevity and quality of any tiling project.

Advanced Formulation for Superior Performance

The Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer Silicone has been engineered to provide exceptional adhesion to non-porous surfaces such as glazed tiles, glass, aluminium and plastic trims. Its advanced formula offers outstanding elasticity, allowing it to expand and contract with temperature changes or structural movement without cracking or detaching.

This flexibility is essential in tiled areas that experience moisture, heat or vibration, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor installations. Once cured, the sealant forms a durable, waterproof barrier that prevents water ingress, helping to protect substrates and grout lines from damage, mould and discolouration.

Perfect for Wet Areas and High-Moisture Environments

The Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer Flexible Silicone is specifically formulated for use in areas exposed to constant moisture. Its mould-resistant and waterproof properties make it the ideal finishing product for:

• Showers and wet rooms – sealing around shower trays, enclosures and tiled walls.
• Bathrooms – protecting tile joints around baths, sinks and vanity units.
• Kitchens – sealing splashbacks, worktops and tiled countertops.
• Outdoor tiled areas – creating flexible seals that withstand temperature changes and rain exposure.

By preventing water from seeping behind tiles, ProSealer helps maintain the integrity of your tiling installation and ensures long-lasting protection against damp and mould growth.

Easy Application and Professional Finish

One of the standout benefits of the Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer is its ease of use. Packaged in a convenient 310ml cartridge, it can be applied directly using a standard sealant gun for fast, precise results. The smooth, non-slump consistency allows it to be easily tooled into joints, achieving a clean and even finish.

It skins quickly to reduce mess, yet provides ample working time for shaping and adjustment. Once cured, the sealant maintains a flexible, smooth surface that resists staining and discolouration, ensuring that your tiled areas look neat and polished.

Compatible with a Range of Tile Types and Surfaces

This versatile silicone sealant is suitable for use with many types of tiles and materials, including:

• Ceramic and porcelain tiles – for bathrooms, floors and splashbacks.
• Natural stone tiles – marble, limestone and granite installations.
• Glass tiles and mosaics – ideal for feature walls and decorative projects.
• Metal trims and profiles – providing a perfect seal at tile edges and borders.

The Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer Flexible Silicone can also be used with underfloor heating systems and in areas subject to vibration or movement, maintaining its bond and elasticity over time.

Long-Lasting Protection and Durability

Durability is key when sealing tiled areas, and the Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer is built to last. Its long-life formula offers resistance to UV light, moisture and cleaning chemicals, ensuring it won’t shrink, fade or deteriorate even in tough environments.

Once cured, it creates a permanent, waterproof and flexible joint that stands up to daily use, cleaning and exposure to heat or cold. This reliability makes it a trusted choice for both professional tilers and DIY enthusiasts who want a long-lasting, flawless finish.

Application Tips

Before applying the Ultra Tile Fix ProSealer, ensure all joints and surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease or dust. Cut the cartridge nozzle at an angle to suit the joint width and apply a continuous bead into the gap using a steady, even pressure. Smooth the silicone immediately using a suitable finishing tool or gloved finger to create a neat line.

Allow the sealant to cure fully before exposing it to moisture or heavy use. For the best colour match, select a shade that complements your grout or tile tone.
