Order & Refund Policy

• Orders under £150 must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
• Orders over £150, a non-refundable deposit of 35% must be paid at the time of ordering.
• If the order is cancelled prior to dispatch and we do not incur any costs, we will refund any monies paid in full.
• If we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason, we will refund any monies paid in full.
• It is not possible to return tiles which we have ordered in. Many of the tiles are delivered by courier and the cost of collecting and returning them to the supplier, including the restocking charge is usually more than the value of the refund.

These can be returned provided the following conditions are met:

• Only full unopened boxes can be returned
• They must be returned within 28 days
• A valid receipt must be provided
• We must have the same shade & calibre in stock as those being returned
